As an independent endeavor, Taupe's offerings are produced in small quantities and are made by hand, often revealing minute imperfections under close scrutiny. These small idiosyncracies are a welcome part of the creative process. We have come to learn mass-manufacture and high production cost does not, by necessity, yield a superior product.   Our work also eschews any rigid methodology but rather manifests in various forms, unconstrained by a particular type of object or manner of presentation.  Prints, books, wearables and environmental graphics make up our primary end-products, yet our aim is to generate a consistent marriage of concept and excecution regardless of format.  As consumers ourselves, we recognize the landscape of consumption is ever-shifting.  As such, the scope of our offerings is governed by what we perceive as lacking at-large.   That is to say, our intent is one of closing a gap in the presiding culture of visual / consumer goods by producing stimulating work via accessible modes of delivery.
